All the agents did a great job of proactively communicating regarding car pick-up and return at KLIA Terminal 2. The customer has no worries about whether anyone will meet them when they arrive. Perhaps the agents could identify themselves by wearing a Wahdah Uniform or T-shirt instead of their normal daily attire. This will help greatly in the professional look and feel of the entire experience. Good job.
