Great service by the staff! Great car too!

All was well, I’m actually happy with how it turned out in the end. So I’m being nit picking for the smaller details. The communication with the agents were actually well, only thing they might have missed out is the car charger, good thing I brought mine just in case. The phone holder they provided is sufficient without extra charge. One suggestion is to provide clearer details on car collection and consistent car drop off location. My wife said the car smells new and it looks clean. We waited a for bit before the agent came to bring us to the car. But all good, they are professional with the process. Good practices.
