It is my first time engaging car rental with driver service. The driver, Mr Rifky, is such a friendly and knowledgeable about Jakarta that he recommended new places of interest, restaurants. He even accomodate to our itinerary despite slight changes. More importantly he is punctual and arrive 15 minutes earlier upon picking us up from our stay destination to airport. Indeed, with his great planning of time, I am able to have a quick visit of Pik2, have lunch at Kampung Kechil and to the airport with ample time for check-in. Huge compliment to Mr Rifky and definitely will engage Wahdah Car services again in future trips to Jakarta or Bandung.

Very reliable service provider. I got a brand new Toyota Vios with everything inside including a dashcam and apple CarPlay monitor. However the windscreen is tinted more than JPJ specs and the back windows were heavily tinted which are not my likings. Otherwise, overall I would give 5-star for the car.
