During pick up at JB Sentral, driver accidentally left the car "D" with handbrake on, and alighted to help me with luggage. The car moved forward and hit the car in front, while my family is boarding the car. Luckily no one is hurt. Reminded driver to be more careful and remember to put the gear to "P" when car is stopped.

Wahdah is very prompt in responding, and replies are always quick. The staff have a good attitude and are pleasant to deal with, and the car is in good condition.

There is both con and pros. The car i rented, license plate ending with 2644, had a steering wheel misalignment and would occasionally drift to the left while driving long distances, and it was noticeable as I was driving to KL and back. There was also a scratch mark on the left window. However, it still drives well and there were no major flaws that made the car unable to drive. Other than that, the service was well done and we were able to effectively communicate with the agents. The vehicle was clean and we were able to reschedule the pick up/drop off time due to traffic. I would come back to rent a car from this company again.
