Hi team, I would like to share a quick review regarding my recent rental car arrangement from 27–29 March 2026. The Officer Care Department was very helpful and responsive, especially in assisting via the WhatsApp channel. The booking process was handled smoothly and efficiently, even though there was a slight delay in payment from my side. Special thanks as well to the person who delivered and picked up the car; very kind, patient, and understanding. Overall, I truly appreciate the excellent service and support provided. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Wahdah. The customer care team was able to arrange a car for me before opening hours , and they did it I'm minutes over WhatsApp. They saved our trip! The car itself was im good condition and easy to drive. Big thumbs up to the customer care team and the team at the airport who managed to get the car ready in no time!
