Return customer. Wahdah has always been extremely easy to use, staff have been very courteous and always go the extra mile to help you out, the cars are in mint condition and well maintained after every trip. Never had a bad experience with wahdah.

We booked a Bezza from JB for 13 days. We flew into Singapore and immediately rossed the border to JB, but our luggage was not on the plane. We did not know if the luggage would arrive before the car pickup was due. The contact at WahDah was really understanding and super helpful with the possibility that we might have to delay the vehicle pickup after our luggage arrived. In fact it all worked out, but it reduced our stress knowing that WahDah were here to make life easier and not another stress. The car was excellent, massive boot for a family of five. Cheap, new cars, no hidden costs, no bullshit. If you want to rent in Malaysia, this is it! A little difficult to understand exactly where to pick up and leave the vehicle, though. Could be made more clear. But other than that, very great communication and very friendly and helpful.

One of the best car rental experiences I’ve had, especially in Malaysia. The customer service was truly impeccable. I was impressed by how responsive and proactive the team was on WhatsApp. They were helpful, patient, and guided me seamlessly through every step of the process. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my initial booking and rebook for the following day. The customer service team took the initiative to assist me immediately, making the change smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The website is also very well-organized, with all information clearly laid out. The car itself was clean, new, and fully fueled. Even though we arrived late for pick-up, the staff had already completed the necessary inspections, which saved us a significant amount of time.
