Communication on the takeover and handover of the car is perfect! I was assigned "Hero Wawa". She is very clear in her communication and is very responsive to my queries. Thanks! .... Overall, if I were to make a suggestion to the company, perhaps including a simple note or booklet of information for the drivers could make the rental experience a lot more memorable! e.g. A simple info notes on the places of interest of the area, place where we can pump petrol on returning of the car, the steps and procedures on how to pump and pay for petrol.... and lastly, any emergency numbers to call in case of theft, break down, accidents...etc. any bits of information to help the driver would be greatly appreciated! :)
