One of the best car rental experiences I’ve had, especially in Malaysia. The customer service was truly impeccable. I was impressed by how responsive and proactive the team was on WhatsApp. They were helpful, patient, and guided me seamlessly through every step of the process. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my initial booking and rebook for the following day. The customer service team took the initiative to assist me immediately, making the change smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The website is also very well-organized, with all information clearly laid out. The car itself was clean, new, and fully fueled. Even though we arrived late for pick-up, the staff had already completed the necessary inspections, which saved us a significant amount of time. Everything was as smooth as it could be. They even came early to pick the car up which was greatly appreciated. We have used Wahdah on numerous occasions. It's the only rental company I would use in Malaysia. Thank you guys for making things so easy.

The car is new, clean and in good condition. The staff carried out detailed checks before collection a d after return, which made me feel very assured since everything is well-documented and avoid any misunderstandings. I would definitely come back to rent from this shop again in the future.

Reasonably priced for a clean and new car. For that I’ll definitely be back. However, returning the car in another state of Malaysia incurs almost another day’s worth of rental. Without this additional cost, this would have been an exceptional deal.

Windshield of a car was horrible and I would say also dangerous. When sun was shining on it from certain angles, from inside it was like a mirror I could only see dashboard of a car not the road. And as I am tall and there is black strip on top of windshield so there was visibility 0% when sun was shining on it. So I have to look under it all the time. I assume it is some cheap replacement of original windshield. In some roads I was just guessing and hoping that nothing sudden happens as I could not see properly on the road.

Always my first choice when comes to car rental. Smooth handover with Wahdah Heroes for pickups. Car condition were excellent and service standard provided were consistently above satisfaction. Highly recommended to all.
