1. Unpaid Bookings: If your booking isn't paid yet, you can cancel it and create a new one with the correct details.

2. Paid Bookings: If you've already paid, don't worry! You can still make changes. Just reach out to our Customer Experience Team.

3. Early Return: If you need to return your rental car earlier than planned, please let us know so we can adjust our schedule accordingly.

4. Extension: Extending your rental? Treat it like starting fresh. You'll be charged based on the current rates. Make sure you've paid before your original booking ends to avoid any late return fees.

 

4. Live Car

 

Live Cars, the latest feature from WAHDAH! Now, you can book and pick up your car in a flash, as quick as 30 minutes to 1 hour after completing your booking. And guess what? It's super easy – the booking process flows just like before. But here's the real kicker: with Live Car, you get to see which cars are up for grabs instantly, complete with some awesome discounts applied.

But hold on – your booking isn't set in stone until you make the payment. And don't forget to upload your driver's documents to lock in your booking.

 

5. WaClub Premium

You might think it is worth spending MYR300 on this membership? The answer is totally YES.

If you are a calculative person, you must totally agree that MYR300 spent on this membership will surely save more on your money because, with every booking made, you will get an extra 5% discount no matter what vehicle you choose.

Other benefits of WaClub Premium membership are:

• 1.5 times point rewards for every MYR1/SGD1 spend on booking
• No deposit is required

6. Book Now, Pay Later

This feature allows customers to book in advance for their future journeys. However, several terms and conditions apply:

1. Pay Later features will appear on your booking screen only for bookings made 7 days to 30 days before the pick-up date and it is subject to your pick-up location too.

2. You will receive a payment reminder at least 7 days before your pick-up date.

3. Should you not make any payment after receiving the last reminder, your booking will automatically cancelled and if you still want to rent a car with us, you need to make a new booking.

4. We will not guarantee you will get the same car or the same rate after you make a new booking.

5. If you wish to cancel your booking, you may log into your booking page and click the cancel button.

 

7. Unlimited Miles

 

Unlimited miles await you on your Malaysian adventures! Here's a breakdown of our rental policies:

- Drive freely with unlimited mileage throughout Malaysia, allowing you to travel without any distance restrictions. 

- Fees apply for interstate drop-offs, viewable on our website

- Minimum rental duration for interstate booking: 30 hours

- Additional fees for driving across districts in Sabah and Sarawak; consider add-on purchase

- Cars rented in Sabah and Sarawak cannot cross borders to Brunei, Indonesia, or between Sabah and Sarawak

- Prohibited from driving rental vehicles to islands like Langkawi or Pangkor

- Opt to collect rental in Langkawi; Langkawi Office near Langkawi International Airport

- Langkawi rental cars cannot leave the island
