I had a great experience renting with Wahdah! The customer service team was tip-top — very responsive and helpful with all my questions, especially since it was my first time renting with them. The vehicle handover and return process was smooth, easy and pleasant. Although their rental price was slightly higher compared to some of the other places I enquired with, I felt it was still worth it. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained and completely problem-free throughout my trip. Their insurance excess was also much lower compared to other rental companies, which gave me extra peace of mind. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience and will definitely rent from Wahdah again for my next Malaysia trip! 👍

The only suggestion I have is your coordination with your service provider in pick up and return at airport and shuttle service to your office from Singapore. I was not told of a different number to call until very late and that service is not always punctual. Resolving these could reduce my stress level a lot especially with family and friends waiting with me and I don't know how's going on. Thanks
