Pls look into your system for time adjustment. Current is we have to access your to look at the new pricing. In my case I booked months earlier and the cost I believe is lower but as the booking draws near, the price goes up. This is a detractor for me. Adjustment for 1.5 earlier does not mean an increase of 12% of the booking. Too steep

We originally gotten a Honda Stepwagon for 7 pax. Upon upgrade, we got an Alphard. By right, this should be awesome. however, we only realised Alphard can accommodate only 6 pax. Would be great if we can be informed when upgrading was made.
