My first time experience with Wahdah is wow! The experience was efficient, seamless and hassle free from start to end. Their online portal to choose cars was straightforward and pricing, reasonable. I have to give 2 thumbs up for their very quick and responsive customer service, whom responded to all my queries within a few minutes. Collecting and returning the car was fast, and their friendly staff guided through the entire process in less than 10 minutes. The car I rented was well maintained. Actually it felt brand new :) The shuttle/limo service fetching us to and from our home was on time and the staff was friendly and informative too, sharing places that we can visit in Malaysia. Overall I am pleased with the services rendered by Wahdah and look forward in engaging them again in the near future.
