It was my first time to rent a car in KL, and it waan amazing experience.. everything went so well and smooth... the agent was so communicative and helpfull for whatever we need.. they even able to provide touch and go card. I would suggest to have in charge person to meet and inspect vehicle when returning it instead a key drop in box, to avoid unnecessary process in case something happen with the vehicle (not same condition as when car being picked up). Overall I had great experience, hope will deal with them again in future.
