Overall, everything was good. Communication was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and nice to deal with. The only issue was the condition of the car this time. The wheel bearing was extremely noisy at highway speeds, and all four shock absorbers seemed to have issues as well. The car had quite serious vibration and swaying when driving at higher speeds, which made the drive uncomfortable and felt unsafe. Other than the car condition, the service and staff were great. Hopefully the vehicle can be checked and properly maintained before the next rental.

My rental car is a 76000km Toyota Vios which is in immaculate condition. My drive to Melaka was wonderful and fun. However, had a small incident on my way back JB causing the front bumper slightly damage. Immediately had a call to Wahdah office and the Wahdah team assisted me professionally making my trip a pleasant one although the front bumper incident was really a sore on my trip. Nevertheless would like to complement Wahdah JB team for their assistance and making my trip a pleasant one. Highly appreciated and I highly recommended Wahdah!!!

No comment. Car on the LHR at one time was unable to close. Had to sent to a nearby workshop to repair as it was dangerous to drive with the door unable to close. Other than that, everything is ok.
