First time using WAHDAH, and I must say that from pre-booking to post-booking, the entire process is so smooth, and I highly recommend the experience and good service to others. I always have high standard and expectation but WAHDAH did really well, and I appreciate their customer service, follow up, and especially the assistance from a local Ipoh agent (Kak Shiera) for being helpful, patient, and super on time (she arrived early during car collection & return). Highly recommended for car rental with this company. Very helpful and all instruction was clear. Car are nice. However this trip, they exchanged an old Vios to me which is the car abit run down. Overall still Ok to drive around. Very helpful staff and all communicated through What's app. On time for collection and return car.
