• Promenade MRT Station (CC4 / DT15) – Directly connected to Suntec City via underground linkway. Take Exit A or B. This is the closest station.

• City Hall MRT Station (NS25 / EW13) – About a 8–10 minute walk via the air-conditioned CityLink Mall underground passage.

• Esplanade MRT Station (CC3) – About a 5–7 minute walk.

By Bus

Alight at the following bus stops near Suntec City:
