How do I know if I have achieved WaClub Lite status?

Your membership status will be updated automatically once you meet the qualification requirements.

You can check your membership status by:

  1. Logging in to your WAHDAH account
  2. Visiting the Profile section on the website or mobile app
  3. Viewing your current membership tier

In rare cases, your status may not update automatically. If this happens, please contact WAHDAH Customer Service for assistance.

Our team will verify your booking history and update your membership status where applicable.

Once achieved, WaClub Lite status remains active and does not expire, unless otherwise stated by WAHDAH.
