1. Normal Shuttle Fare

Travelers requiring a Visa on Arrival to enter Malaysia must use Tuas immigration (2nd link) for entry. Visa on Arrival services are not available at Woodlands immigration (1st link). The fixed fare for this service is RM400 per way via Woodlands immigration and RM480 per way via Tuas immigration.

WAHDAH will not take any responsibility for choosing the immigration route incorrectly. It is the traveler's responsibility to be aware of which immigration is required.

A penalty of MYR 100 will be imposed for selecting the wrong route, which will prompt the driver to change the route. This penalty is in addition to any extra charges incurred for altering the route.

Higher Risk at Airports: Airports tend to have higher security measures and regulations in place. Our drivers must navigate through these protocols to ensure a smooth and safe pickup experience for you. This additional effort and risk contribute to the increased charges.

Specialized Drivers: For airport pickups, we assign only our most experienced and trusted drivers. These drivers are familiar with the airport's layout, regulations, and potential challenges, ensuring a reliable and efficient service for you.

Protecting Our Fleet: It's crucial for us to protect our vehicles and maintain the integrity of our services. The potential risks involved in operating within airport premises, including hefty fines and vehicle seizures, necessitate us to allocate resources to mitigate these risks.
