Security Deposit
I already pressed "withdraw" my deposit, how long will it take to appear in my bank statement?

WAHDAH will process the deposit request on daily basis. However, the refund timeline depends on your original payment method:

  • PayPal: 24 hours
  • Xendit: maxium 14+ days
  • Stripe: maximum 10+ days
  • Fiuu, Online Banking, Direct Transfer: 3 business days

If you don’t see the refund within the expected time, please contact your bank or credit card company.
