1. Wahdah Processing
Wahdah will process your refund within 3 business days from the withdrawal date.
2. Bank / Payment Provider Processing
Once processed on our end, the time taken for the funds to reflect in your account depends on your original payment method and the respective bank/payment provider:

If you don’t see the refund within the expected time, please contact your bank or credit card company.
For deposit refunds: Deposits are not automatically refunded. You’ll need to log in to your WAHDAH account and click the “Withdrawal” button, which becomes active 10 days after the car is returned. You can check out our video here on how deposit refund works.
Example: If you return the car on 30th September, the “Withdrawal” button will be enabled on 10th October. You can then withdraw the deposit or leave it in your WaCash for future bookings.
This policy applies to bookings starting 1st April 2023.
